Especially if you are new to the senior living/retirement community world, this is the place to go!  Kathy was a great resource for our family, not only to search for a place for Dad, but also for a general education. When we found out that my Dad was sick, it was only by coincidence that I found Crossroads, and I am so glad I did. Kathy was sooo communicative and incredibly helpful in navigating all areas of coordinating care for my Dad, including in-home care and then very quickly to assisted living. I have been working with Kathie Higgins for the last three months.  I do not know what I would have done without her and her guidance with placing my husband into the right place after my husband's diagnosis of 100% disability with Agent Orange.
